Just as friendly note; magnesium isn't a bad thing to integrate but def does not "activate" vitamin D. Make sure you're eating near when you take Vitamin D, as it is a fat soluble Vitamin, meaning it process in the body better with calories! Love and good health to you

Maybe magnesium helps vitamin D but I don't think you necessarily need it to activate vitamin D... I was told to take vitamin D because I was low in it and I get my blood work done and I've seen significant improvements with my vitamin d.
