Why are they so crammed together? Why is it so loud?

Might as well have no conductor, the amount of times they looked up, I could count on my hand. Also too fast at times, and you need a wider variation between both dynamics and temp. Also, the Soprano Saxophone sounded quite pitchy and squeaky, IMPROVE TONE PLEASE! Overall, a good effort, 8/10

I have played in concert bands and symphony orchestra,s for 66 years --- and just played a concert this weekend--- most of us have peripheral vision and can easily see the conductor without looking put at who ever is conducting... Just thought I would tell you -- BTW I did ask quite a few musicians about looking up at the conductor and I got this same answer from many musicians..
