What do you think of this "real-time" video? Want me to do a version without the personal analysis? Let me know what you think!

I could use a "silent" WRAP. Look forward to that video. And to your sharing one of your GAP planning sessions. I have been crafting my WRAP and GAP. So discovering this video and the one to come about GAP will be inspirational. Thanks Matt.

I enjoy the real-time video and hearing your thought process while you work. This method is new for me, so it helps me to follow along. I will probably watch it the next couple of weeks, too, until I'm used to the process. If I want music I'll just mute the video and play my own music. I don't see any reason for you to make another video, but it will be interesting to see how your viewers "vote".

Got a question: As a beginner, did you get anxious about doing these reviews "properly" (ie. meeting the constraints/requirements)? If yes, did you have fallback strategies to prevent overanalyzing and ultimately procrastinating? For example: What if you only half-finished by the end of 15 mins? What if you run out of physical space (say your Results don't fit the quarter-page, so you have to find an empty page and mark the page number, which wastes a few seconds)? What if you mess up your handwriting or use an awkward phrasing/diction and thus you have a split second to decide whether to cross it out and rewrite it (wastes space and time) OR just continue (at the risk of it being unclear if you ever need to refer to it later)?

Eka - When doing weekly reviews, remember to take a deep breath and be kind to yourself. Think of the most encouraging person in your life and imagine them talking with you about your week. No judgment. Varieties of review methods exist. Use Matt's method as a tool not as a weapon against yourself. - - 15 minutes fly by? Matt has been doing this regularly. It is new to you. Let the review spill over the time, just don't get so detailed that if begins to feel long or your brain won't want to try it next week, - - One of the reasons to put all four sections on one page is to tell your brain to look for highlights not daily details of every action. Bullet points with a few words are enough to jog your mind. - - Use a good quality pencil with an eraser. Perfect for words that end up wonky. I use a Frixon erasable pen in my Bullet Journal. The review is not for all time but to give you clarity for the next week. I find little reason to look at a previous week's review. The point was to bring clarity to my thinking. If I keep my review short, I can begin planning the next week, or day with the information of my intended pivots in mind. Best wishes - I hope that you've made great strides since 7 months have past since your comment and my encouragement to you.

I liked hearing your thoughts during the process. I've been confused about Results vs Aspirations. It looks to me like it's not clear cut, and the two are out of order. But WARP isn't as nice an acronym for a weekly review as WRAP is. I love that "Wins" is first.

GAP also please. Same way with commentary. These are good for a first or second time through. Kinda like training wheels. I could see some people wanting to do the music only version going forward, just as part of a weekly ritual type thing, like a certain playlist for different events.

Oh yeah! Love you to do a silent version. Like the studynig sessions!! Yup. And bro, this video was just what I needed to check on how I was doing my wrap and gap sessions. Thanks again and keep them coming.

Hello, nice video. I like the "commented" version cause it's important to understand the concepts and how they work on your own exemple. I think that one video without comments, but only music and short written indications for each part of the WRAP, would be a good idea too. The kind which isn't date-related but can be watched each week during the wrap process.

Could you have a weekly zoom call that people can join and do the weekly review together?

I would really enjoy a review-a-long with some lo-fi beats. There are some aspects of your pre- and reviews that I use but I also learned from this video. thanks!

Love the video. Have a couple of questions? Which did you settle on - WARP or WRAP? Is there any big difference between the two. And am I right in thinking that the Wins may or may not be associated to the goals that were developed in the week's GAP, while the RAP is definitely associated to the goals.

Hey, life is hard. Count wins anyway they come, as a surprise or as a direct result of your action. Things you did that made you or others happy, or better than before are worth celebrating.

Part of how the bills are paid, I make more on a few sponsorships like this than I do a year of RU-vid ad revenue. Hope that gives you more insight about how most RU-vidrs under 500k subs are able to make a living! :)
