I completely agree! Plus, what a genius of a character -- the Guilt-Ridden Insult Comic. They could get a lot of mileage out of this character (and Melissa) in more skits.
i just wish she had more range. she has like one voice and one look. she just falls flat every time. like forget his name but he is always gay fill in the blank.
I'm just here to say I am very glad they started not only uploading in proper order (so the cold start and monologues are almost always the first videos), but they now also do the entire weekend update segment as one vid.
Wow Melissa Villasenor! I love this entertainer! She is absolutely halarious. Her Cezar Perez bit is deep, ingenious, human humor. I want more of her. She brightens my day.

lolno. also thats not how it works. they all get a chance to write sketches and the good ones go through. they even try ones that theyre not sure of in rehearsals. she needs to write more material to have a better chance

You could say the same thing about Joe when he was VP. Personally, I’d rather have a VP just quietly do their job instead of being a total jerk like Darth Pence or a straight up war criminal like Darth Cheney

Jumping on the Melissa bandwagon. Some are stating her characters outside of "Weekend Update" are not good. I loved her awkward seduction sketches. Those were really funny. I wish she was given more of a chance and not used as an extra.
She has a RU-vid channel she uploads to under her name!:) she was also on Whitney Cummings podcast where she showed like 10 small impressions she had like Britney and Christina
I like her so much, I'm not sure people see how talented she really is, if you have time watch some of her other stuff, I think my favorite is Dolly Parton.
Why the hell would Sonic 2 get that low of an approval rating? I know, as somebody with this avatar, you'd expect me to love that movie, but STILL! That movie was a delight. Even the human-character moments were great. 💜
