Hello Everyone,
Today, I am sharing how we spent our last weekend. We did some Indian grocery shopping and then you will see me making some easy healthy meals for my family. Also I have shared lots of Basic Baking tips in this video with the perfect recipe for a basic vanilla sponge cake which is made withour eggs and maida.
Ingredients for Cake -
1.5 cup(300 ML) milk
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup sugar(150 grams)
1/4 cup(50 ML) - 80 ML(less than half a cup oil/melted butter
1.5 cups whole wheat flour(195 grams)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
For Moringa Paratha -
2 cups wholewheat flour
3/4 cups besan
1 cup moringa leaves
1/2 onion
1 tsp ghee
salt & chilli powder
