Weekend Vlog | My secret “glow up”✨new bathroom reveal 🛁 getting a little vulnerable 💕 

Having community sometimes just doesn’t happen. Having one or two close friends, or a partner you love and trust is a real blessing and sometimes all you need.

This video is like 6 months old, but I'm just watching it for the first time. I swear, I feel like if our paths ever crossed in life that we would have ended up being good friends. You are 100% my kind of people, and I always identify so much with the things that you talk about. 😘

With so much good coming at you in the comments here, I just wanted to add a little more. Discovering who you are or what your personality is like, it's not about trying real hard to figure it out. Instead, focus on peeling away the layers of who you are NOT, ( we all know who we are not or do not want to be). Soon, after those layers are discarded, there YOU are! And that is perfection because you simply ARE! No need for improvement or adjustment! You are awesome girl !!!

The bathroom looks fantastic!!! As someone much older than you, its definitely important to take care of health in your 20-30s. And develop good food/exercise habits that you will carry throughout a lifetime. The way you treat your body now, shows up later in life.

I 100% percent relate to the disassociation in social settings until being alone again-even with family! Most of my friendships ended at the beginning of the pandemic for many reasons. It was extremely hurtful and a very difficult time. I have always found it challenging to make and maintain meaningful relationships and even more-so now in my early thirties. I am very comfortable and content in my aloneness and also have an amazing partner, so it is a tricky thing. I feel you, Stacy.

Hi Stacy, what a big difference your bathroom makeover has made! It’s wonderful! Good for you and your motivation to exercise. I’m in a different phase of life called post menopause lol and all my weight is going straight to my stomach. I honestly need to come up with an exercise plan for myself as well. My problem is I HATE to sweat!!!!!!!!!!!! And I think that prevents me from doing exercise as often as I need it. Give a hug to “Chilly” for me. Loved seeing him!

Enjoyed the segment. And I think you are more together than you think. I'm a little older than you and from my life experience I've found that in almost every social situation there generally is always someone worth talking to - even if it's just at that social engagement. I've found that if I was not my authentic self I did attract people that were not necessarily bad or wrong.. and sometimes those interactions could even be nice and even interesting but may have set in motion stuff that was not my real interests. If you are quiet and spend time with silence and surround yourself with trust worthy people you will find that you will attract interesting people on your wave length. But it takes time and they are few and far between generally. I hope that helps a little..

I had coffee in high school and then quit cold turkey for all of my first two degrees, didn't restart coffee until my last degree (it was essential😅). I have no idea why I stopped drinking it for like 8 years tbh
