This vlog is from February 4th which seems like not too long ago, but something that has changed in that short period of time is my mood. Clearly today I wasn't feeling the best, my Long Covid symptoms were pretty bad and after I did my self-care/ skincare and cleaned my room a bit, I had to literally lie on the couch for the rest of the day. I read this long covid book by Gez Medinger who's on RU-vid, and I'll link his channel down below! But I just wasn't doing too well mentally/ emotionally. I was bummed out about how I was feeling physically, but also about how I didn't have any money... well, I've been working on myself a lot, going to therapy and journaling- and really practicing gratitude, and I'm happy to say that I'm doing a lot better. I still have bad days- I was just in a bad mood/ down a few days ago, but I'm doing better. I believe good things are headed my way 🤍
