Not really. There are lots of arena that 's really huge in Honkai, but it doesn't matter. Honkai has dodge attack button, so you need to avoid to be damaged by dodging it, not running away like Genshin. It make the game more hardcore and the countdown even make it more difficult
@@Ipreferpeeingatnight In Honkai you get so blinded due to the special effects of the combos that you can't even see the bosses attacks apart until they suplex you.
Hell, you gotta deal like, millions of dmg per second to even defeat the bosses in ER. Except if you use HoHE, she just slaps everything with a stingray and moves on.
@@cattothething I remember when PE came out I was just ignoring every mechanic in the Kalpas fight because Dudu just charged forward and wouldn't get staggered.
If you use finality against Aponia in her second phase, you can ignore her little soldiers and go straight for the flying runt, and let me tell you it felt REALLY damn epic.
I just use Aponia to fight Aponia in ER, her attacks are all long range aoe that literally cover the entire map so forget about chasing, I didn't even need to move much from my initial spot.
Well, genshin is the place where you want to see big number and relax while honkai is the place you want to see big number.... *Doing literal 0 damage to the boss*
It is good to know before fighting KalpASS. That he clapped a herrscher even before he became one of the flamechasers and mantis surgery. The man is so powerful and angry all the time, that Elysia had to write a "Guide" book how to interact with him. So yea, it explains how sometimes he wipes the floor using your char
He does get bullied by Durandal though, she couldn't care less about his fight mechanics (unless they changed that at some point and she can't just charge into him with a lance nonstop anymore).
Don't forget the meta milking Back then, we just need the valk, then valk + weapon only, the valk + full gear, then dps valk fullset + supp valk fullset, the add ELF, then dps and supp valk fullset + 3star ELF, now 3 valk fullset + ELF Like wtf mihomo?! Foggin idiot

Genshin is easy mode thanks to many character like Zhongli to prevent the damage but for Honkai the boss on daily weeks is so deadly that a single mistake sometimes wipe out your whole team and the ability to dodge sometimes won't work and even if your characters are all max out you still need to dodge and the damage is also crap depending on the situation.
and then theres skill issue honkai/genshin, both just funny gameplay and die, and then there is genshin lag, where your dodges and switch takes time to register and you just die
When the dead is more wild and ferocious than the living. The reason why humanoid type Honkai bosses have bigger body than their original model: Better hit box The exceptions are Elysia, Aponia, and Vill-V boss. Edit: they'll add Diabolic Kevin boss in ER on the next version update.
It'd have been great if Kiana's rider kick Ultimate had triggered the cutscene for Kalpas. You soar up to the moon, kick him in the face, he staggers back... Congratulations, you managed to actually make him get serious!
Kalpas is the true fire arcon especially when he grabs you and proform lots of take down where you can't not don't so easily when their are so many volcanic lava bursting everywhere making it hard to see him

Biggest difference is even without skill issue Honkai will fck you over with rng with signets and Genshin server lag(somehow fix itself every patch then gets worse as update gets nearer for me) will delay your dodge, burst and switching and likely you die unless you are pebble god or kokonut
Basing on the video Genshin: Doing 1M damage is pretty huge and can take the boss hp to half Honkai: Doing 1M damage is literally just a scratch especially in the elysian realm where the boss has a freaking 25 layers of health

Her shield is part of her passives, and when it breaks it heals her HP. nothing much can break her shield anyway so basically HoFs immortal even tho she's always at 1 HP They both play based on charged attack too, but HoFs has big AOE meanwhile Hutao single target only Hutao ult is big 360 spin AOE but HOFs ult hits EVERYTHING in the room Also fly
Genshin boss fights is looking more epic (for me boss fights against Lucheni and The World in honkai is more epic) but honkai boss fights feels like you actually fighting against strong enemy
@@chienkris6158 and that what make it more interesting u can feel the blood rushing through your vain and it feel more rewarding when you beat the boss although the rewards aren't great ("im talking about crystal btw") but beating boss felt more rewarding because there pattern sometimes change on the wimp or predictable then genshin boss where their predictable and mostly annoying dialogue plus unesscary mini cut scenes

it really feels epic when fighting kalpas you cant even see shit when his meteor and fire pillars both at the screen and the laugh man, I've been using HoO Raiden in the realm and always pick kalpas in the end Feels like MGR Raiden Vs Sen. Armstrong

For me, the hardest boss in Honkai is False God Otto. Mainly because without PE, it's basically hopeless. That's why whenever I find out FGO is going to be the next weekly boss in Abyss. I IMMEDIATELY try to derank to Agony. No way I ever want to deal with that nightmare.
That makes me scared lol. I am on chapter 7, don't understand anything about the mechanics (who the hell decided to put 200 skill upgrade systems in one character?) But the bosses so far have been relatively easy. I just hope for the best in the future.
@@haseebbarya8294 if you invested in the game you could learn by watching youtube tutorial for HI 3 as for me since playing this game almost 5 years it took 2 years to get all the knowledge and getting a good valk with their signature because im F2P but just enjoy the story first and after that you can start grinding
Kalpas is my favorite to fight in ER though i still can't get past Submergence. i miss pre nerf Childe since he was actually the first hard fight for me in Genshin that wasn't just me trying to cheese enemies 20+ levels above me XD
Did you not get Mei HoO? She should still be able to at least reach abstinence without any of her stings or weapon? You just need a bit of luck and get discipline and setsuna. Loop rotations by dodging to quickly build meter and pray to god for those Ely sigs
@@w3t_wlpes i usually time out on 2nd or 3rd boss cuz i'm bad and lack dps XD. as it stands only my HoR and HoTr have been able to get past Inferno though i just found out that stuff after that doesn't seem to get bulkier like it did from Shroud to Inferno, if so then i might be able to try for something higher if thats the case. i havn't actually tried the Submergence yet cuz i thought it was another jump like before and i only recently was able to actually clear inferno so i didn't think i would have the dps to clear the next one.
Struggling in inferno and topping finality is all and pretty much about taking the right signets. U don't need all signets of ego. If u have HoO. Just stack signet of stars(core1)(make sure u take the Required sigil) with the blessing of expungement. Blessing of lethal smite and inscription are 2ndary ego signets. U can also go the other playstyle with stacking signets of setsuna up 2 u. Good luck
this is the reason why I just fight Mobius. Mobius' boss fight might be kind of annoying because of the little mobius-es running around but at least I can shut off my brain and still win because fighting KalpASS is like fighting your childhood trauma. If you ever managed to evade a sure-kill hit from him, you'd literally see your whole honkai life flash before your eyes
Kalpas is hotter then childe, literally he took off his shirt showing off his firey abs at you! While childe is wearing that cool battlesuit, sure but I want to see a bit of skin. So Kalpas and Kebin took of their shirt during battle
Fun fact for all you Genshin only players this is one of three bosses considered to be the hardest to fight. And that’s not even on the max difficulty for ER
Yeah Honkai bosses hit harder, Kalpas grabs do a lot of DMG. Now the bosses in Honkai are hard, and very stupid to deal and I like it, like Husk Existencialism and Husk Mysticalism

As a Genshin Veteran who played both game i would say Honkai animation is better and the combat system is more fun but i still like genshin more because of exploring and the lore is not too complicated like Honkai
Damage in Genshin 300k? 1Million? boss oneshot Damage in Honkai Impact... 15Million 'tis but a scratch (Bar goes down 1/6 out of initial 4 bars, then transforms into bigger badder 16 bars that dont take 1/6 but 1/12 with your 15M has elemental immunities, is MECH/PSY/BIO/QUA/IMG/SD Type your team has no advantage of type, elemental shield, Phys shield and more attacks than your entire squad... oh yeah gives you 10 special currency for stuff you'd need like a 100 of those)

Kalpas - Summons a pillar. Newb me - Hahaha I'll just stay away from the vibrating pillars ( Thinks of Zhongli). Kalpas - Takes the damn pillar and starts to swing. Me - Nani the fuck ?
That's why you should've read his lore. The Pillar of Oblivion is where he was tied up by the villagers and drain his blood by stabbing him, the villagers thought by doing so would grant them power against honkai.
nemu! not exactly linked to the video but youre the sanest honkaituber i know who interacts with the audience, so i just want ur opinion on a small thing in the spending event, i just got kianas outfit, and i dont know what i should soend my remaining tokens on (ive already spent 60x4 on the valk boxes to aid in sss my hor, ive got 80 currently) initially i was thinking of getting elf boxes (can buy 13, 26 fragments), but i realised that i wouldnt have been able to rank up dudu or sirin with that amount (both are 22/50 to get to the first star), so what do you think i should buy im not in. a big need of mats or asterite, since im playing a lot more casually than before, not farming for any s-rankers (only missing aka, but 20/80 frags isnt gonna get me anywhere), and ive already said about the elves, so what do you think i should buy with the remaining tokens (dont think ill get anymore)
The only Valk in the S rank box that's good is HoR fragments, so if you have her SSS, don't even waste your tokens there (Also, AKA comes free in a lot of boxes recently, that's how I got her💀). I recommend the Elf parts, so in the next spending event you'll have where to start from the elf parts you got earlier (investment lol). Then which elf...is your own decision, whichever you use the most.
@@nemubenzene9138 yeah, using fire valk against Kalpas is not a problem, but you'll get a harder fight since you have no way to stun him via Rime trauma or Paralyze.
This is nothing, i once hit in Elysian Realm in Honkai with Herrscher of Human a 109 Million hit with her Ult. And i saw someone else hitting the same Boss with 135 Million Damage 😅
@@Sheppart92 early Elysium realm had infinite dmg with Mobius sigs. I remember the time with dealing nearly a billion in damage before they made ER easier like it is currently.
Ah good old learn to dodge or you will be insta killed Elysian Realm weeklies. To this date I still have only beaten the hardest difficulty once. And just never bothered again after cause I don't need that emblem every week and the repeated suffering and PTSD ain't worth it lol
MA doesn't count because the bosses change every week. Abyss it's the same, just one time boss per patch. ER is the only consistent weeklie bosses out there.

Do you believe I read all lore of genshin (World quests series, Archon quest, Timed Quest, Character story, Easter Egg, Secret and some books)? Ye i read all of them from the Original god Phanes to the Desenders , there is also many "dark" world quest and secret which made me so sad. In my opinion the joy of lore in Genshin comes not only from the content but also from the experience and self-discovery of the hidden corner of the world. It's all hidden in Genshin from there you have to go explore to find out. Hoyoverse also gave us many hints about the Archon Sumeru quest through Zhongli's story quest.

Might be a gear difference, but I pretty much kill Kalpas without taking a single hit (can tell because no HUA stacks lost) by simply cycling combo attacks and ABF+Ult on Finality with HoFin. I get that this isn't meant to be a serious video, but HoFin absolutely isn't the character to use when telling people ER can be hard.
