Nice 58 Eric, I always loved it's opening doors. The metal hood hinge is very tough to install.😮

Great video Eric. I hope your dad is feeling better. Also hope you find a new position that you like soon. I'll keep you and dad in my prayers. The '58 Impala is an excellent kit. You're correct to the best of my knowledge the first '58 Chevy kit was the SMP curbside. I think the original 3-1 came out in '62. Maybe some of the community can check me on this. To the young man who is looking for the Happy Days Chevy. This is one kit I do not have. Shouldn't be to hard to locate. Enjoy your week and try not to stress too much Eric. Be well and God bless.

If you have a chance to attend the Akron Show next month, I may see you there. I'll be trying to make that one and the Detroit Show in November. I haven't built a new kit in 50 years, but have been starting a kit collection and hope to get something done this winter.

Super cool stuff Eric. Hope your pops feels up to a video. That’ll be awesome. I love those 58 Chevys. I have a couple of the AMTs. Same boxart I believe and one of the Revell. I need to build one of those. Great work on the beetle too. Neat little kit. Really sorry to hear about your place of employment. That is a bummer and a ton of added stress. That’s rough. Thanks for Sharing Eric, I'm going over 3yrs plus with this hobby and I got hooked on Car Kits after building my 1st car kit (sense 10 yrs old) 2 yrs back and I'm Hooked on Just building car kits. Can't Shake it. But my dream car kit is a Revell 1/25, 54 Chevy Happy Days kit. My Question, Do you think It'd be a bit Rude if I asked you Car Kit RU-vidrs if you had one to sell?
