They even reported her to the police. Min hee Jin slapped back by holding a press conference refuting hybe's claims against her. She said the drama between her and hybe is deep and has been ongoing for a while. She also accused them of copying newjeans concept and that hybe is manipulating her public image to discredit her statements. Both sides say they have evidence against each other but nothing is set in stone yet. Just continuous fighting for the upper hand

With your name, I would have guessed you were a super fan of the group. Maybe I am misunderstanding what you are saying. Maybe you have listened to this video (I haven't) and maybe they just talked about this CEO battle and then also JK and V so that is what you statement means... Hoping that is right. If that is right you can ignore the rest of what I am saying. It is actually directed to overly biased fans and solos. I have saved some videos of them saying they want us to love them all. If you want me to, I will share them with you. JK is my bias. Don't disappoint him and V (or whoever your bias is) by not supporting one of the most important things in their life... their group and their brothers in the group. It's not easy, but you CAN change your mindset about this. I almost went down the semi-solo way because I started believing some of the stuff JK solos were saying when I was just getting to know the group. That's a gullible time in a developing ARMY. What stopped me was me questioning myself... why would I not like the other guys. It wasn't them I didn't like, it was their very biased fans and solo stans. I had to battle my already developing anti- feelings, but I did and I am so happy I did because I realized it makes no sense to dislike a member when the members have done nothing wrong. Even at that time I liked all the members but I was beginning to find myself resenting one especially because his solos were so vile towards my bias. I realized it is not fair to resent an idol for things their fans do. They have no control over them. I had my disappointment focused on the wrong things. Hope you will come over and feel positive about the group. It's hard for me to admit this because I know I am opening myself up to criticism, but if one super biased fan or solo will think about it and work to change their mindset, it will be worth it.
I'm really saddened about BSH. I'm reading general concerns about the artists and the legal situation of the two companies, and about MHJ' future, but no one is taking into account the human relationship of false friendship between those two. I'm sure she called him oppa. BSH had placed absolute trust in MHJ, which is his way of establishing human relationships with collaborators. He made her an incredible career in Hybe. He founded Ador practically to make her happy, giving her a CEO job out of nowhere with a certainly generous salary. He allowed her to steal staff and trainees from Source, putting Source in trouble and possibly causing the disband of GFriend. It is clearly a preferential treatment that denotes a personal relationship of affection and friendship far beyond business. MHJ has become very rich thanks to NJ, and all this is not only due to her hard work. BSH literally gave her 18% of the stock, I mean, wtf… But she was fake from day one, she built a career off shamelessly exploiting BSH, she went and spoke badly about him to everyone, even Scooter Braun, she actively harmed Hybe and artists of Hybe, she organized the takeover of Ador, literally stabbed him in the middle of the back. I bet she proposed to V to leave BTS and go under Ador. Now she has even disclosed a private conversation between them, which seems like a not-so-veiled threat. All this from a woman, who he probably believed thought of him as a brother. What BSH has lost in this story can only be understood by those who have been betrayed by someone they thought was a friend.

She is counting on the public NOT having a clue how someone with her little amount of shares could take over by making the subsidiary label lose its value (like, say, by scheduling a NJ comeback on the same date as a member of the most popular music group in the world, who just so happen to earn more money for HYBE than any other group) where she could get financial investors to buy it at a very low cost and she could assume complete ownership and managerial control. Article 307 of the criminal act deals with defamation. Unlike the US, you can be libel of defamation even if story is true, so long as it 1) hurts the victim’s reputation and 2) is made public. So true or not, she has committed defamation under S. Korean law. Hybe Legal is already preparing the lawsuit, I would bet.💜

I’m sure Hybe is not a perfect company but I know the history of big hit and bang pd and BTS. I trust them. Hybe is the house that BTS and Army built. They are now a multi label company and have responsibilities to their shareholders so they can’t just make certain decisions just because someone demands it.
