I got The Ancestral Path tarot a month or so ago, and one of the things I really loved was the depiction of Native American culture. The people look like Native Americans, not just white people, with hot chicks, dressed up in Native clothing. That makes me crazy! It is a stunning deck.
I was listening while reorganizing my zen den, and i thought you may appreciate my Iching story. About a year or so ago i belonged to what we called our "intuitive " group, where about 6-7 of us gathered after hours at our favourite woo woo shop one evening a week. We practiced our skills shared stories others wouldnt understand, amongst other things. So just prior to meeting one evening i cast coins and did an iching reading for our group. So towards the close of the evening, each of us threw the coins to build one hexagram. Believe it or not but we built the exact hexagram that i pulled prior to the evening. Very cool! (Sadly our group dissolved as some moved away, others had commitments that could no longer attend. )
Hi Lisa:) I own the original Ancestral Path Tarot & I do have the separate guidebook, as well, & I luv that book. Your absolutely right, it not only gives great tarot meanings but also dives deeper into each individual storyline. I would recommend looking for a used guidebook on eBay or any other used book site bcus it's well worth having. I purchased mine separately on ebay, if I remember correctly. Thanks for sharing...Great Video:)
Yes she needs to create a smart phone app. Her Maat Tarot and her Journey into Egypt Tarot both have smart phone apps with full text. You should get those two as well. Love all her decks.
I felt the same about the Tao Oracle until I started working with it :) I love the artwork of the Ancestral Path Tarot...I was looking forward to buying this deck but then I found out that the cards are huge...so now I'm in two minds. Thank you for sharing,Lisa!xx
I was about to look at yesterday’s stream but this came first. ☺️ What a rich deck! I am just disturbed by the size. Again, I have small hands! I also find it a missed opportunity to reprint it without the full handbook
