Love your vlogs Helin! So the reason why we soak rice is to remove the majority of the starch (what makes the rice sticky). When we remove it and cook it, that’s how the rice is nice and fluffy without being gummy or sticky

Hey girl! The luteal phase is not part of the menstrual cycle but it is the 3rd phase of the ovarian cycle! Luteal refers to the corpus luteum which is found in the ovaries. Menstrual refers to menstruation which happens to the uterus and so menstruation is the 1st phase of the uterine cycle. Ovarian and uterine are synchronized but they are 2 different cycles.

I could not enjoy the rest of the video all I seen was that chicken was 32.50$ 😮😮😮 please tell me it wasnt that high ! Ok I checked in America it rounds up to 8.85$ but that's still high for a whole chicken here, its usually from 5 to 6 dollars. 😊

I hate i hate i dont like the beach cant finidh a book complains xbout mall complsins tired 🤣🏆 feels awkward, complains no good chivken, you asked i orefer 99% less complaing 🤣 hates chicken for 3rd time. Eavery day eating out was awful 😂 good tip on the citic acid 🏆 complains about hair, i laughed so hatd i never saw snyone compldin so much im such a short time.
