It's so hard to get kids to eat healthy all the time. You are doing amazing hannah , don't let anyone's opinions get to you. Your kids are so well looked after, and you are doing your absolute best. It’s so hit and miss this food shopping! I did a huge Asda this week and it was all great! Only 2 substitutes and nothing out of stock. The time before I had 17 substitutes! Nice to see your face as always x

So I’m thinking you may of got some negative comments on your shopping hauls cause you addressed something. I watch all your videos and can I say you are doing a fantastic job of looking after your wonderful family and you feed them perfectly. We are all trying to do our best and I think you really are. Just like you I am also trying to swap things out for better versions…. We can only keep trying. I heard the ‘Tonic’ vitamins are supposed to be the best options on the shelf but my goodness they are expensive.
Please don’t be concerned about what you feed your family! It’s no one’s business and they need to be concerned about their own selves. I for one am tired of people thinking they can tell others what to eat and what to do. Nosey busy bodies with nothing better to do! You do a wonderful job! Don’t change or bother with their bs!

Hannah as u no the road with a child on the spectrum is full of twists and turns and bumps along the way. I tried like you to introduce new things sometimes it work sometimes not . All we can do as mummys is to do our best given my background is in psychiatry you would assume i would be on top of my daughters needs from the get go but ever day something gets added to the mix there are no hard and fast rules u have to just have to adapt and i think you are doing a fanastic job px
@@jamesmarriott3667 evening james i was meaning to quickly let u know all went as well as i could hope for at the hospital yesterday. but didnt get back until late afternoon had something to eat put on the washing machine and went to bed to recharge my very depleted batteries woke up after a few hours came downstairs and was meet bya sea of wate and bubbles. The machine had leaked all over the utility roon back porch and through to the kitchen so lets just say my floors are now spaekling and so clean you could probably eat of them . I on the other hand spent the whole evening and part of this morning sorting it out . As you can appreciate everything else went out the window and my youngest had her final piece of gcse coursework to finish to hand in this morning. Hope u have had a better start to your week. I still cannot find you via face book which i think is very strange might ask one of the girls for their advice px
@@isaura1275 all the kids have varying levels of needs and yes i agree that just makes her even more fabulous as a mummy and she never leaves hubby out she even happy cooks for Chloe's boyfriend all whilst trying to pace herself as she has her own health issues the hassle she is having with the house was so unneeded and that alone would be enough to send me running for the hills px

@@mandieparker4717 Then I stand corrected. I am in the north and have only ever seen their own in my Sainsbury's but in all the Tescos around and we even have a Krispy Kreme shop!
