I think the repetitive nature of plan with me’s is part of the appeal. It’s comforting to know roughly what’s going to happen. It’s not like watching movies or the news when you never know what kind of violence or tragedy you’re going to have to witness. It’s safer. And interesting because your routine/ daily life is so different than mine!
Yay! Another pwm :) I don't find these repetitive at all! I think its calming to hear someone talk about their day even if nothing really happened hehe, also I'm sorry to hear about your stomach pains. I had random stomach pains last week, as well, so you're not alone with that one😂 I hope your mom is healing well and I hope you have a good week! Can't wait for the shop to reopen

I truly look forward to any time you share your thoughts, planning process, daily activities, and anything else since I always find some kind of new inspiration in something you do or say. I think that in general we believe that we are repetitive to ourselves and don’t realize that others may find value in what we consider routine or obvious. I also massively love and value how you genuinely appreciate the small, simple things - I’m exactly the same way and take comfort in seeing someone else out there who is the same. (Also yippee to sneaky Celebration cookie reference…😉. I live for those comments!) ❤
Helen, I love working in busy places like that sometimes. I enjoyed the food court at Chicago's Ogilvie station many times when I wasn't even taking a train anywhere. Also, a bit more cozy, but I love setting up shop at Panera almost as much as I enjoy getting a latte from a cute shop. Relatable! I'm also sorry about your tummy aches. That is also quite relatable to me. This is giving me so much inspo for my weekly back journaling I need to do!

Feel better soon Helen! I was concerned about stomach pains and did a bunch of test to rule stuff out only to realise it went away when I prioritised self care and reducing stress so stressing about the pain was causing pain 🤦🏻♀️ don’t dismiss your symptoms though as you know your body best and all the best for the reopening ❤
I’d like to add checking for Celiac disease. Lots of doctors miss it - average time to diagnose is 5 years! But if you go gluten free for a week or two, and feel better, it might be worth exploring more. If you have Scottish or Irish heritage, it’s a bigger possibility. Hope you figure it out!
6:54 me too! I love putting my headphones in so the noise doesn’t bug me, but there’s something about the bustle of people coming and going that’s relaxing
The frequency of your stomachache is a bit concerning Helen. I had gastritis in 2020 because of stress and it started with frequent stomachache. If you can, try to go to a doctor and see if you can have an endoscopy done or maybe try a different diet to discover what might be causing your pain. Something that might help, if you want to try, is drinking less coffee, sometimes it can cause stomachache. I hope you better soon! Also, I like your pwm. Although they might seen repetitive, they're very soothing and I like seeing how you fit the unusual tasks in your routine.
Thank you Dayanne and I will be going to the doctors if this continues into next week! I did cut out coffee 3 days ago to see if it'll help so fingers crossed >.

IKR! Going to eat subway, or just any good food is happiness~ esp ones that I've been craving for very long~ I worry that you may gave gastric from drinking too much coffee. It started happening to me last yr every time I drink my daily coffee 🥲
I love that your pwm are real. Life can be challenging and a bit mundane at times, that’s normal. Muc better than fabricating a narrative. We need to celebrate the little wins, the Subway joys and the like. Hope you’re feeling much better.
Love your videos! Please take care of yourself. If stress is giving you stomach pains, you may need to slow down a bit and take a little “me” time. Also never a bad idea to get checked by the doctor to be sure everything is ok.💝
I hope that you're feeling better! Speaking from personal experience, if you haven't already go get an abdominal ultrasound to check out your stomach pain. I had a lot of abdominal pain, it would come & go, especially in the morning and it turns out I have ovarian cysts.
I can totally relate to the atmosphere you enjoy at the subway/mall. At school, I love studying in the cafeteria because there is always a nice amount of activity. It isn't too quiet or too busy. I can't work in a super quiet environment frequently. I start to notice all the little noises, textures, and I get overstimulated haha

Hello Helen, I'm so sorry to hear about your stomach pain. I had a few awful episodes not so far ago. Can I give one piece of advice that helped me? Try not to eat bread; eat at least a weekly liquid and ground meal. Sorry, but no sandwich in Subway :D
Excuse me if the question is intrusive, but do you really sleep only 4-5 hours each night ? I'm always surprised when i see your planning ends at 1-2 AM and begins 6-7AM. If i sleep less than 7 hours, i cant do anything right in the day 😅
What do you do when you get sick and just not in the mood of planning or journaling? Just leave it empty and not follow through? I get sick quiet often and when that happens i just want to be in bed
If you’re having pain bad enough that it’s waking you up, you should see a doctor. I had gallstones and I really could’ve saved myself a lot of trouble and pain if I’d just been more proactive and taken care of it when it started. Take care of yourself.
Do you have a video guide for a moleskine daily type of structure similar to this? It’s soooo pretty and after buying a Moleskine I can not afford a hobonichi >~
PLEASE get to a doctor/urgent care. Continuous stomach pain can be easily dealt with, but it can be very serious! You can't magically think it away. And Helen YOU ARE WORTHY OF MEDICAL CARE. Stop what you are doing and call someone. Please ❤️
Please like to Helen sees this!!! Helen if your stomach hurts that bad and you don’t think it is gas go to the ER. There’s some dire things that’d require treatment that can start spontaneously. The part that worries me is that when it comes back you are saying worse. Do us a favor ER or urgent care. Please!!!
Ugh, I'm so sorry you've been experiencing stomach pains. I know those all too well. I hate to tell you this, but your beloved coffee might be to blame. I used to be a coffee monster too, but it was destroying my belly. If it is coffee that is hurting you, there is some good news! Once I healed my belly, I was able to reintroduce it twice per week. So now, it's extra exciting to have my coffee, because it feels like a treat day! I hope you find out what ails you ❤🩹❤🩹❤🩹
