Come along for a much needed weekly reset! I spend the day giving my fridge a good old deep clean and organise as well as having a general tidy up and speed clean, I also go and do a full weekly LIDL food Shop on a budget and share a food haul. Nothing beats that feeling after you've reset your life ready for the week ahead!

I also have fibromyalgia & I'm usually so tired after grocery shopping that I only put away refrigerated items & leave the rest in the bags to put away the next day.

Hi Kay and happy Sunday. I really love these re-set vlogs. I find you and these types of vlogs very encouraging and motivating. You're always so positive and full of enthusiasm. You, Youpenga and Jessica Rose Williams are the ladies i watch the most because you are always a real joy to watch and you inspire us to just gives things a go and make positive small changes. Lovely Vlog as always and really motivating. Tipp for you: instead of paneer you can use Halloumi - just fry it in a little butter and it tastes lovely in a Curry and is cheaper :) Lots of Love from Austria, Tiziana

I have banned myself from buying any more cleaning products for at least 3 months. I reorganised my cleaning cupboard and under my sink and realised how many I have! This seems to happen every couple of years.
