Hi Matt, Great video, a lot more positive than the last one!!! 😂 Found the glare from window a little difficult to watch though. We have just bought an apartment in the Parquemar complex in La Mata and will be heading down for the summer, just me and misses. Interesting few points you made about supporting the kids. Our two children have just joined the property ladder, my son is 19 and we have been renovating his house, similar to you, I have acquired some skills over the years and enjoyed showing him a thing or two and generally making memories, we do laugh uncontrollable at times! Although he is a qualified gas engineer so that helps. My daughter (22) went for a new build as not into renovation but has bought this on her own. Very proud of both of them but it has taken a chunk out of our finances to get them there but that's part of what we are there I there for (to a point). As for mobile phones go, now that they no longer live with us they are the best devices ever, we can facetime and snapchat, every day if we want to check in and make sure they are ok so pros and cons I guess. Thanks for the comment, yes the brotherhood of steel had different alignments. We picked up the flag at the recent anime event in Torrevieja. Yes it's difficult for younger generations, it was hard enough for us. Getting to spend more time with the kids lately is good. Yes more upbeat and positive, if it's downbeat normally someone at work causing me issues lol.
Yes London prices are eye-watering. I am nearly at 500 for a room in Northampton. But getting the farm going gives the family and friends a retreat. As it will be a space to chill and get out of the grind. So not a fully operational farm, more around sustainable and tranquility.
