A glimpse into my week of 5.6 - 5.12! Oh man, this is quite the vlog! This video is a bit late, but nonetheless, it is here! Monday through Wednesday was just a lot of prepping, laundry & packing. Thursday afternoon, we left for LAX. The original plan was our first flight was supposed to head to Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport, and our final destination was Amerigo Vespucci Airport in Florence. However, about three hours into our flight to CDG, everything was turned upside down. We had to make an emergency landing in Montreal due to a burning smell in the cabin. I have an in-depth explanation of the terrifying events of the emergency landing and the infuriating journey of trying to get out of Canada to get to our final destination, Florence. Eventually, we got there just a few days behind schedule, but thankfully, we made it! We stayed in the most beautiful & eclectic Airbnb in the heart of Florence. We also met up with my boyfriend's parents and the couple they were traveling with. They were traveling all over Italy, and we coincidentally ended up having a couple of days of overlap in Florence.
