When I was building my house I visited every week to see the progress. It’s amazing to see the transformation. Immediately after closing I went to the house and sat for hours because I couldn’t believe it was MY house. 9 years later every now and then I just look around my house and thank God because I remember all the years I prayed for a house and God exceeded my expectations.

This was beautiful! And that’s how I feel, we’re in our brand new house, June will be 4yrs, my dream home and I don’t ever want to be complacent or forget what God blessed us with. Wow I love that 9yrs, this is how you feel. I don’t ever want to forget my gratitude to God for our blessing either. Mary not sure if you will see this but enjoy, enjoy, enjoy every milestone, every aspect of y’all seasons as a family and as you grow. It’s beautiful and goes by so quickly, this year will be my hubby and I 16yr anniversary and it’s like when that happen 😅. Have fun, blessings to you too LC Jones!

This was so fun to watch! My husband and I will be homeowners for one year at the end of this month. Enjoy the process. Watching your ideas become reality is an amazing journey. Amen, Amen! This was awesome to see! God is so good. Mary thank you so much for sharing your journey with us! You have been such an inspiration. I remember watching your videos a few years ago on your faith journey (stepping out on faith leaving your job, moving to a new state, God blessing you with a husband and now the house) when I say that God is good! I was on that path right alongside of you, leaving my job, moving to a state, my husband finding me and buying our home last year and now believing God for a bigger home all by obeying the voice of the Lord). This faith walk is NOT easy but it is SO WORTH IT. Jesus is AMAZING. Praying for you all to move in your home by March but thank you for sharing your story, your faith with us! If there is something that you REALLY want, like the refreshment center, it's best to get it during the building process. It can be time consuming, and costly later. I also recommend motion sensor flood lights with recording capabilities and decorative outdoor lighting to add more security and to illuminate the home at night. Blessings!

So excited for you both! I'm originally from Cleveland now living in NYC with my husband and our three boys. We've had enough of the expensive city life and will be relocating to Dallas this summer. I am extremely neverous about making the move but we believe God will guide our every step. Seeing you both so excited to be in Dallas has helped calm some of my fears. Congratulations. My son and his wife are going through the same thing right now with their new home that is being built. They been going there praying over their property. And they also went and wrote scriptures on the wood frame around the house. And when they build the walls up the scriptures will be on the inside walls around their house.
