Hi guys! My name is Nikita Phulwani and I am 32 year old entrepreneur living in Dubai. I used to weigh a 118.2 KGS in 2020 and have lost over 53 kgs! I have been on a health journey since. I am making these weekly vlogs because after 4 years of being consistent with the gym, doing a 90 day program that I vlogged daily on my IG (@niggiphulwani)
Why am I making these vlogs?
- I am on a new journey and this one is only for a select group of people who have reached a good level of fitness and endurance. We are a group of 10 individuals in this commitment for 6 months (it started on 5th August 2024).
- What do we have to do? Stick to the plan in terms of workout, diet, water in take, meditation activities, recovery, sleep and even our surrounding
- We get trained by Yasir Khan himself 2 times a week. Yasir is someone I have been working with for the last 4 years and he has played a HUGE role in transforming me and my habits and helping me lose 53 kgs in my journey. Yasir has 22 years of experience in the fitness world
- I have a morning routine which includes waking up at 3:45-4:10 AM, doing push ups, making my bed, drinking 2 glasses of warm water, meditating, journaling, getting ready, having 10 almonds and 3 dates for my pre workout, driving to gym while listening to my Japji Sahib and then starting my day =]
In my week, here is what I do
- Monday: Upper body day + abs
- Tuesday: HIIT Cardio + Yoga
- Wednesday: Evening Legs Workout with Yasir himself (YK's Way Legs)
- Thursday: Abs Circuit+ Yoga
- Friday: Push Day + Abs
- Saturday: Boxing, Yoga, Recovery
- Sunday: Meditation + Assault
I get my meals via a meal plan. I drink 4l water a day. I go to bed by 9:30 PM. I take electrolytes daily. I wear an Apple Watch and a Whoop to monitor my progress
I am new to RU-vid and this was my first attempt at filming and editing. I didn't show you my meals or my workalike but with each week I will do better at documenting things and keep you posted :)
Although the goal of this program is not weight focussed, I do check my weight everyday and in this week I had dropped 1.2 kgs
