Winter has officially arrived in Australia, and the cold has made it a bit challenging to get into the studio. Despite the chill, I've packed a bisque firing and reloaded the kiln for a glazing. It's been a quieter week with no workshops, but that has given me some extra time to focus on my pottery projects.

Hey Mel, I like the name of your pottery. It’s lovely to get to know you. I’m a potter in peachtree corners Georgia, USA. You are international now! I’m very excited for your new studio. It’s incredible! My husband and I just looked at some metal buildings for our studio. I’m currently teaching out of the dining room and garage. Looking forward to seeing the evolution of your space. I use to live in Tasmania when I was a kid. That was 52 years ago, I have very fond memories of Australia.
