I really appreciate how "normal" you are. You go on holiday and enjoy all the yummy foods instead of living on salad and fruit and obsessively exercising. You relax and enjoy yourself then come back and get back on track. We've all been there. 100% worth it for the memories xxx

It’s such a thing - getting out of your normal routine and feeling rubbish about yourself, spirals into not being able to get back into your routine because you feel bad! Seems daunting but promise (from experience - this happens to me all the time!) once you get back into the swing of things it feels amazing and you bounce back even better. Also periods SUCK and are destined to make us feel like that. Just take your time 💘

I try to be easy about it but sometimes it can be hard. It is already nice to feel less alone in this and to know that it’s normal and ok to go through these things! You’re doing amazing, being an influencer is a tough gig.. We can find money and leisure so incredibly satisfying but having a set of skills is so empowering when it comes to career. I am so envious of your ability to create and sustain a business, yet I am proud to have a successful career as a clinician.. the world is so different these days but I think it’s important to stay in touch with the foundation of humanity, even though it is sensationalised to be great at influencing people to buy things someone recommends. I remember a friend telling me that they sell landfill and what I did was purposeful, and even though he was making more money than me, I was saving lives. Whatever makes you feel purposeful is what brings the most peace. You are doing amazing, remember that.

Hey Soph, I FEEL you with the body image talk! Though, don’t be too hard on yourself - your body just went through so much travelling and you’ve been out of your routine for a month and then got covid, there wasnt any consistency for that period of time, so it may take longer to get it all back and to feel levelled. I’m in a similar situation and just hit the gym for the second time since being ill, and boy it’s a struggle! But it gets better :) what I find works for me best is meditation practice, taking a few moments of silence every day and less technology. Rooting for you, I’m sure you’ll be back to feeling like yourself in no time ♥️
