Look into doing what’s called a lease back when trying to sell your house and buy a new one at the same time. Most experienced realtors will be able to guide you on timing of when to list your current house. A lease back allows you to basically stay in your current house after it’s been sold. You just pay rent to the buyers of your house for a period of time both parties agree on. We just sold our house and moved very quickly, so we ended up just renting for the time being and we negotiated a two week lease back with the buyers of our house. We ended up not needing it because we found a rental available for immediate move in, but it was nice to know we had a back up plan. It’s definitely stressful, but don’t let it take away from moving on to better (and safer) things! Even a short term rental like an Airbnb could be an option.

Girl come to manatee county there’s so much being built and so many young families! We moved here a year ago into and existing home and are slowly renovating it and love it!
