You should try a low FODMAP diet. I had gut issues a few years ago and this diet helped me to pinpoint what irritates my gut

I've had an iron transfusion before and I was quite sick for the first few days after. Just stomach pain but it was uncomfortable. I suggest having some time off after you get your transfusion or doing some batch content in case you can't work for a few days.

A few years ago i found out that i had low iron. As you said, anything below 30 is considered low (around 150 is high) and mine was at 9... I literally laughed out loud when i got told, out of pure shock.. I wasn't offered an infusion though so i can't help you with that but i have been on an iron supplement for a few years now and my levels are finally in the 70s but i still take the supplement every second day just to keep the levels stable.

Eczema & Psoriasis Cream by moo goo a great cream for helping rashes/spots. The almond oil in it is anti inflammatory. I use curash brand baby powder on my chest to keep the area dry, spot free and create a barrier.

Thankyou for the information about your skin I'm currently going through a similar thing so will definitely go buy the cansten cream and nicole. What shampoo do you use? As I know some can make things worse or better for acne on body too. I always have low iron due to heavy periods and have yearly iron infusion and as for vit D which is always low so I actually take oestlin infant vit d drops....few drops in yoghurt drink or food.

you have the seat belt in the lower position, raise it up, the closer the neck it sits the safer it is, if you have it too low then the risk is that it slides off your shoulder during an accident, and then it can hurt you instead

I've had it but for me it didn't work. My iron was 8 and I had a bad reaction to the iron, but I felt awful for about 3-4 days after I felt like I had the flu

Some GP’s have bulk billing where it’s free whereas some you have to pay but a chunk of it is Medicare funded where you get a certain amount of money back pretty much straight away
