I really have to comment on you using a 'pussy pad' on your neck when doing barbell back squats. They're not designed to go on your neck, they're for doing hip thrusts - and it's because when you put a pad on your neck, it pushes the vertebrae out of alignment - forcing you to lean forward, if you notice, you lean very far forward when you squat. I know it's uncomfortable putting the bar on your traps, but please consider getting rid of the pad. You do get used to the bar being on your traps, I promise you - and your form will improve no end without that pad. All the best x
