Tears were coming out of my eyes when you said “that’s all I got” when talking about your mom. I felt that A LOT! My mom died when I was 14. I can remember having those moments where I knew my mom loved me. I tell ppl all the time, “you only get one mother” so cherish the moments while you have them. I love y’all’s relationship.

Your mother is 100% correct. My mom passed less than a month after her 60th birthday. Weight loss is a nice byproduct but health and longevity is the primary goal. If you live long enough the most unexpected issues may arise. Being as healthy as you can be puts you ahead of 'game'.
