You never have to feel like you need to justify how tired you are to us (like by explaining how much you did etc) because you are allowed to be tired for no reason at all, or for many reasons. Everything you feel is valid!

The part about the weather cracked me up! We do heavily insulate our houses here in the UK so you feel a significant difference stepping indoors on a warm, sunny day because the house traps the heat 🥵 we’re built for moderate temperatures and rainfall, even our rail service is disrupted if we have snow or extremely high temps 🤦🏼‍♀️ love your vids btw 💕

I can verify what Rachel said about people in the U S keeping their houses and offices really too cool in the summer. I work outside. Get accustom to hot weather. Keep my A/C at home on about 77F or 25C. Comfortable to me!! Went to the dentist yesterday. Nearly froze!!!!It was 94F, 34C outside, Nuts!
