Yooo nami I get frustrated when I do renovations and the builder doesn’t give me proper measurements. I quote my client exactly what the builder give, I end up using my money to buy extra things.

you see now which is not fair at all - kanti is this not the job they do all the time surely they must know how to quote also I heard someone say they are scared to say exactly how much incase it is a lot of money and they avoid to miss the client of they quote correctly so they under quote
