My mom likes shopping too. When she reaches her limit of what she has bought for herself but still wants to shop, then she'll buy for me too. Love her to bits but I'm like 'lady you aint slick'😂moms are a blessing
Hey girl 😉😉 Try setting a time table ,you know one week have no meat, the next week have no startch , the third week have no veggies. And the last week of the month have several colors an try new recipe's. That's how I watch my weight and taste buds. I used to do that when I was renting in my first and second year Love you loades 😍😍🤩🤩
Hi Lebo. Great Video, I always get excited when I see one of your videos. With regards to the grocery shopping what I do is I buy pantry items (non perishables) to last me 3 months. things like pasta ,rice, sauces, canned foods, noodles etc. Then I buy fresh food like fruits, veges and meat weekly according to what I'm eating that week. Meal prep, it will help you. Have a menu per week for maybe your lunch & breakfast and be flexible with your dinner or any of your meals that you spend the most of when you go out.. then you'll have staples on a weekly basis and maybe the other bits and bobs you'll buy on a monthly basis.. even snacks.
I don’t have the discipline for that BUT im working on that (the discipline) to eat only when im hungry and not when im bored or always craving everything I bought
So I stay alone,i buy monthly groceries,stuff like your maize meal,pasta,rice,cleaning stuff,toiletries including meat etc i buy in bulk and fresh produce like fruits and veg,i buy bi-weekly
