Ri, Aldi wants you to use a quarter just to make sure they carts are put back in an orderly fashion, unlike Kroger or Walmart where carts are everywhere. You will never see a random Aldi cart someone lmaooo 😂
I love Aldi! 🥰 They use the quarter system to ensure customers return the carts-you get your quarter back when you return the cart. As for the bags, you can either bring your own bags (I keep mine in the trunk for Aldi visits) or purchase them from Aldi. Some customers just use the extra boxes in the store to contain their items. Some stores, in general, prefer customers to bring their own bags to be eco-friendly. (This is truly just FYI, not meant to change your mind or debate. 🤗)
You are totally not by yourself when it comes to filling your time with other stuff other then the word !! Its a struggle, but thank God for awareness and His patience. Praying for you girlie!
I would recommend getting a wagon for when you go grocery shopping. I have one and it come in handy cause it minimizes trips and just makes things so much easier.
Firstly you are not alone I hadn’t picked up my bible in about 2 months maybe more until last night. Although I was praying and listening to worship music I just wasn’t in the word and for about 2 weeks I stopped praying and listening to gospel again up until yesterday. So I struggle, all the time and I just want to be faithful and consistent to the lord. 😊 As a Christian I really enjoy your videos, ever since I found your channel I’ve watched every video since. ❤
I got a wagon to load up all of my groceries and bring them down the hall . No more breaking my arm to only make one trip! And it’s foldable so easy for storage.
Girl give Aldi another go! Try to go on weekdays when people are working so it's fully stock lol but they even have their brand of kodiak and alot of their ingridients are better quality.
You're also in education (like me, im a counselor) and once we make it out of the fight or flight of the school year...REST & not wanting to do anything is a must and completely normal. Give yourself grace!

Yes!! As early as possible. Especially as a newby. Aldi is my most fave and number one stop when food shopping. The cart and bag thing is keep costs low. Aldi has some great stuff and prices. I hope you try it again. The seasonal aisle is pretty great too

Hey, now 😊 Alidi has some good finds. Their veggies & fruits are legit. They have, in the frozen food section, Maryland crab cakes, two in the box, real good. On occasions, they have good home finds too, PLUS it's budget friendly! 🤑🤑 Lidls is another store, similar to Alidis. That quarter for the shopping cart got me too the first time. I'm in VA & and I'm not sure if they still do it. Hauling groceries, packages, multiple trips, etc. was wearing me down. I went old school & and purchased a shopping cart. Makes it sooo much easier & one trip!! Fairlife is really good! I use the regular milk to make my own yogurt. No issues with my stomach, which is a 🙌 I always love the faith chat moments. The folk say " work in progress," & God knew that we would be. He shows us grace & mercy ERRYDAY....ALL Day!! I hope you are doing well & have an awesome week on purpose 😊🫶🏾
Sis, you need a wagon from Dick’s sporting goods to put your groceries in when you’re traveling from your car to the house. It certainly helps a lot. ❤
Great content! I'm so glad you showed getting your nails done. I was asking the lady here in MD where I go why she doesn't push the cuticles back when she does my nails. She said they only do that if you get a manicure. I was like ???? That makes no sense. So, I'm going to find someone else. You are good@ I can't drive 3-4 hours to get my nails done every 2 weeks. Haven’t finished the vid yet but I definitely suggest investing in a rolling cart so you’re not breaking your back/shoulders lugging all those groceries. I’ve been there! Almost died when it came to bottled water 😩

Haha Aldi got really my attention as I am based in Germany and it’s our favorite place to shop! Never saw Aldi in US when I was living there. People are bringing own bags especially to be environment friendly! Or you can buy them there, mostly reusable bags or paper bags. We got reusable Aldi bag 😅Have to visit once I am back in the states for a comparasment 😅
Hey Ri...They have collapsible folding wagons...I saw another influencer who lived in an apartment using it to bring in her groceries or other items in from her car. She kept it in her apartment. I assume you can store it in the trunk of your car when needed.
Don’t sleep on Aldi, they do have Kodak pancakes every once in awhile. But One if my Fav stores to shop at! The have some of the BEST chocolate . The store originated from Germany. Love your Content 🙂
I grew up in Romania/ Europe so aldi is like a Trader Joe’s for Europe. Their products are good quality and great prices and cleaner than lots of other American brands. The quarter is so the carts aren’t all over the parking lot.they don’t sell their stuff in bulk it’s literally like any grocery store. It’s great

Girl, I just moved into my new place on the 24th and now I have to travel 3 flights to bring in groceries…but the new place checked most of my wishlist. The Lord knewwww! Lol
I love Aldi! But you get the quarter back. I think we better get adjusted to bringing our own bags. It's going to be everywhere soon. Fairlife milk is LIFE! I buy white & chocolate. So, I'm not a fan of knife blocks.😢 Takes up too much space.

Since your walk is a longer distance go to Walmart or academy or a sports store and purchase you a wagon just to help with that load sometimes I did it in college and now I do it for EVERYTHING 😂
Aldi is actually the sister company of Trader Joe’s, so you’ll notice the stores are set up similarly. Also, Aldi has more organic produce than most major grocery stores and all produce is locally sourced. If you ever need charcuterie board items….Aldi has the best selection for the best price 😊
Hey Girl!!! So, as it relates to Aldi's, they have good stuff, and although it may not be the name brands that you're used to, they have some good stuff for the LOW :)
Aldi only wants to keep there carts, from people that remove carts from the premises. Also honey I might feel old ladyish, but honey get you a cart for shopping and taking stuff from the cart to the apt. I love mine, it's a game changer on groceries shopping or any day that you have a lot to bring inside by yourself....
You should give Aldi another try! Once you get a hang of it and start to finding the things you like, you’ll probably be hooked lol a lot of their brands taste just as good or better than the name brands but just like Tj’s, I still feel like there’s certain things you just have to get from another store. Also FYI- the aldi dishwasher pods work well and I stopped buying the name brand 😂

It's crazy that you talk about fear and Faith. Because I always feel the same way that if we believe why are we afraid. There is a scripture I believe is in The Book of Mark that reads "Father, I believe, help my unbelief" that scripture resignates with me because those are my thoughts... you bringing that up hit home for me because last night as I was in deep prayer, out of absolutely nowhere, the Holy Spirit spoke to me and said "your fear is a tool that draws you nearer to me. Your fear does not deplete your faith, it strengthens it because your fear makes you pray more often and more fervently." I believe that was The Holy Spirit because I STRUGGLE with my fear and my faith. That thought gave me comfort. Amen!
