We have these nuts 21:33 in Arusha on the slopes of Mt. Meru. We call them Kweme nuts. I later learnt that they are actually seeds. The vines creep up tall trees. I also used to think they came from the trees. These are quite rare in Kenya. Can also be found in Mozambique. They're super oily, so eating two or three is about enough.

Oh I agree with you 100%, on the not being friend with a friend's ex after a break up. Even when my friend and I are in a bad place sometimes...her ex is STILL NOT my friend (sometimes if they've not noticed that I'm around let say shop, town...I'll walk very fast&avoid saying hello). I don't have a lot of friends, we started some since primary school and most of us are either in relationship or married with kids. So those are now my sisters, so no sir, if you break up...that's my sister!!
