Please always remember to use a seat belt for the kids. It’s very dangerous to drive without setting the kids as they are very lightweight and might just flight upwards or forward after a collision.

🙈🙈 I think the mistake with that whole transaction was involving a 3rd person to transport the goods. Sometimes, it’s just better to use a delivery person and not someone whose program you both will have to adjust to (i.e. getting up early to give that person before they leave for work). However, rudeness is definitely something that irks me, so I cannot support being rude to people.

Normally the seller should be the one proposing delivery options and you decide the the option that works for you. You suggesting a third party puts the burden of follow up on you. Also nobody wants to start chatting up clients at 6 am. The reminder time should have been discussed the night before to make sure she was okay with 6:am. It’s ok to switch to the available vendor but out of courtesy let her know you moved on, not required but could have been nice. She did not properly communicate, timing is very important and had no right to be rude. The customer is always right 😅
Yes I proposed the person to pick it up cos she isn’t far from her and if she wasn’t okay with it she should have just told me so. COMMUNICATE! And before saying okay. She was completely aware of the time the third party goes to work cos she works with her. Which brings us back to to COMMUNICATING And for telling her I had gotten it from somewhere else I did try calling her but her phone wasn’t going through. She would have at least called me before sending the package. Thanks so much for your opinion
You both did not properly communicate. Plus the agreement had no set time frame. 6:am is earl you can’t blame her. However no need for her to be rude, burning future bridges.
