Our guests from California are gone and Michael left right after them and I’m planning on leavening in a few days but that is not how things turn out. We had told a friend of ours they can stay at our house a while back because we knew we weren’t going to be there. But like it sometimes happens, life doesn’t go as planned. I was not able to get a flight out and found myself homeless in Hawaii so my friend Barb let me stay at her house until I can get a flight out. Well life threw another wrench in my plan again. One day while we were on the government beach road hunting for fallen bird nest fern plants, I snapped my little finger in half. Watch and see what happened. Thanks you for being here.

Thank you for recognizing that. My heart is so full of love for Hawaii. I know I wasn’t born there and have no blood connection, but I truly feel like I belong there. Maybe If it’s true that we have lived other lives in the past, perhaps I was once born there and that’s why I feel this strong connection. May I ask what does 35 years of living there do to a person? It must be wonderful. I understand there is no place on earth without issues. Mahalo for watching

Hello from Alaska! Thank you for sharing your Hawaiian beautiful, life. It’s inspiring! My husband and I are retired now and since winter has been a bit harsh on us we are considering moving to seek some sunshine while we still can. @@Nastaran.Battles It is super cold here. This winter has broken many records as the coldest and the most snow in years. We just had some fresh snow today! 🥱 Love our Alaska life but I can feel my bones calling for some sunshine!! 😂 We went to Maui for Christmas and not only did we fell in love with Maui but we felt so alive there!! Yes! We are praying for this move to happen! We need it!! Getting older now and don’t want to wait until we can’t move anymore! We are sending our wish to the Universe!! Hope you and your husband can come and visit when we settle there. Very likely it will be in Molokai. Looking for peace and quiet! 💕❤️🙏 Hugs from Alaska!!

I’m glad u got help with your car. It’s ok to ask for help, everyone needs help like u say. U should not feel bad if u have to ask for help. I have to problem asking for help, 😂. I just figured if someone can’t help they either don’t want to or don’t know how or in a hurry, some excuse….. so I will ask someone else, lol! God was watching over u♥️

Thank you for this video. This is your subscriber on the mainland but on property over in HPP. You almost showed my mother-in-law her booth is near the restroom. They sell the Thai food and she’s one of the people who cooks the food when you first walk in near the beige building. But thank you for another nice video and I cannot wait to get back to the big island because it’s crazy over here and Los Angeles even though I know you’re down in San Diego. I don’t know what it’s like down in San Diego but I’m pretty sure it’s just the same up here in Los Angeles🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽

Moving to Molokai is more affordable for our budget plus you don’t have the tourist transit and if there is some but minor. Molokai is the “Friendly Island” of the Hawaiian islands. Watching your show is our welcoming to the Hawaiian islands. My wife and I, who is writing to you right now, are in Love with the show. Thank you so much and I know we at some point are going to meet in Hawaii!!

Hi Nastaran, I enjoy your video , thank you for sharing . I have friends live in HPP subdivision , I look into the area but watching your video inspire me to explore more in your area . You seem to surround by wonderful friends and community . I am hoping to have a little cottage or house , safe and peaceful place to call my retreat retirement 2nd home , get away some from my cold Oregon rain . Aloha my friend. Thank you for such kind comment. HPP is a wonderful area as well. There are definitely pros and cons as far as Hawaiian Shores where I am and HPP. Hawaiian Shores has city water, mail delivery, and paved roads, but it’s lava zone two which means higher risk and a lot more expensive insurance. HPP has water, catchment, paved roads, and no mail delivery but much lower lava risk, which is zone three. they both have areas were seems sketchy and more crime. I guess every community does if I can give you one advices don’t buy anything site unseen because you need to see the neighborhood and the area to get a good judgment on the place. a lot of people have done that and they’re happy, but it is very risky to do so, if I can answer any other question, I will be happy to. Aloha Nastaran, I hope by now your hand/finger has healed! I bet you were a muddy mess, hearing you tell the story of trying to walk and get back to the road, and out of all that mud. The situation we find ourselves in sometimes-grateful you are OK. I appreciate you not wanting to ask for help from others. That is a great quality-there are people out there that are always wanting to get help from others. Asking for help-when really needed- is what we must do , as fellow humans Here on earth together. I also like that you are so kind to our little friends that share the air and food and space that we do. ( accept the fire ants 😉😉) I would recognize you in an instant, if I saw you on the streets of Hawaii. You certainly have that warm welcoming spirit and look about you! Aloha David from Oregon. Thank you my finger is on the mend but there is more to come with my finger issue unfortunately, but all is good now. Yes I was a total muddy mess at the end of that day. I even showed up muddy at ER, but they must be used to it. No one was surprised. I hope one day when you accidentally run in to me, say hello. I don’t think I’ll ever be ok with asking for help. My mom always taught us to be self sufficient and I guess I went overboard 😁. Hope all is going well in your neck of the woods.
