If you can find pure shea butter, it really helps with the sanitizer flaking. Use it every time you are home or going to bed and let it work overnight. A few days of this and you will be good. And if you continue, you won't have that issue

For the gloves, try Homebox or Chandarana. I got some from both. The Homebox ones are lighter but will get the job done at 300/-. The ones from Chandarana are by scotch brite and they are heavier at 500/-
