And yes absolutely I’ve had a really flat unmotivated few weeks where I just didn’t feel and happy and really lonely.. it will pass. Bizarrely I opened up to my friends who felt similar. Fast forward to now and our dogs had emergency surgery successfully and I’m recovering from gastroenteritis after a week and we go on holiday soon.. you just can’t write it. Take each day as it comes and never take anything for granted ❤

Yes, i definitely feel more of a shift. I feel like spring is just full of opportunities, and I've started doing my smoothies again and more importantly ive been taking vitamins which i think helps haha hope you are still feeling good :) I would also definitely love to learn more about your potential retreat!

Did you build in an extra storage space in your new kitchen for your collection of water bottles(so many)😱I’d love to go on a retreat but unfortunately I have been born with the wrong chromosomes all though I think if you can talk Lewis(London gangster of love) into hosting one for the fellas I guarantee we’d have more fun than yall😉always enjoy your videos but you didn’t use any naughty language in this one(I blame that on your editor)Hope to see a house update one of these days and I will be waiting on news on the male version of your retreat :-)💕🤗
