I fast once a week. Every Thursday for five years. I use that day to reset my spirit; pray; have a day I completely reserve for/to God; I center my mind and body and spirit; and set my intentions. I do a liquid fast. From sun up till about 3/4pm. It’s important to set that day aside for me to connect with God and to realign. Happy to see you’re fasting, too. 😊

Hey love, heard your Peloton question so I hope this helps... For your bike seat height and distance looks like it may be a pinch off. Stand next to your bike and the seat should be at your hip bone. Then the seat should be the distance of your finger tips touching the handles to your elbow touching the seat. (basically your arm with hands and fingers is the distance your seat should be from the handlebars.) When you ride toes flat don't point down. It's easy to forget on the Peloton. Anytime I had pain doing this things helped me make it stop. Hope that helps!
