polony recipe 😋
chicken breast or thighs
spices and vegetables and garlic
gelatin
beetroot
boil chicken with vegetables until tender add spices of your choice
take cup or 2 of boiled chicken soup (broth)add 3 table spoons of gelatin
Blend chicken with gelatin add color from beetroot
Add to a cylinder and refrigerate for more than 6hrs until it's set
