I was diagnosed with PCOS at 18 and I’m 21 now and it’s been such a struggle bcz it increases your risk of developing other conditions like diabetes so you really have to keep your diet in check. It makes weight loss even harder for us too. The symptoms can be so crazy but I wish you all the best Chev. As black women we go through so much.

as black women we are so prone too so many health issues! I was diagnosed with pcos at the age of 15 and as of last year I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder 2 different kinds. then I unfortunately found out that if you have pcos you are prone to autoimmune disorders
