First I wanna say you documenting your highs and lows during your fast is so inspiring. God is proud and call your efforts his great work! A little encouragement, the next time you fast and you fall don’t give up on the fast completely! God’s grace justifies all our mistakes; as you know he will continue to help you through. Hey Maya when I did the Daniels fast I mixed fresh avacado and oil and vinegar dressing together and that made such a great dressing for the salads. This is just an idea if you are still on your fast❤️love you girlll And also my favorite fruit probably is strawberries

Thank you for the transparency. Fasting is a real challenge and it takes great discipline. I’m glad you made it through three days and decided to still eat clean and make it a priority to seek God. Hey maya just a tip my hubby is a behaviorist for both kids and adults and I used to work as a paraprofessional for a teen with autism in a school and I basically helped with behaviors, I recommend doing hand over hand with your baby girl so it’s basically you have her hold the spoon and you put your hand over hers and scoop the food so she can eat, it’ll show her how to use and get used to eating from the spoon instead of you scooping it for her. It might be tedious but with time and repetition she’ll get it, she is too cute🥰

Daniel Fast Meal Recommendations You can do salads with veggies and hummus Hummus is just chickpeas you can make it your self with lemon juice chickpeas and pepper for flavor add garlic You can do the oatmeal with peanut butter and dates Dates are super sweet you can chop it up add them to the oatmeal My pastor said we can do lentils and beans so I did chili’s with tomatoes And brown rice flour so brown rice cakes are ok with nut butter as long as the nut butter ingredients are 100% nuts no added sugar or anything God bless you Sis on this fast May God give you the strength you need
