if the man decides to charge you for the full 4 days you can call your credit card and open a chargeback, the service you paid for was never provided (you never stayed the full stay) and your credit company will return the funds to you! Very easy to do

The guy sounds like a tight ass regardless if your room was messy or not that’s not his concern cause it’s a hotel for a reason plus there’s cleaners too that clean up once customers leave their hotel room
What an absolute freak! Make sure you leave a review after the four days so you don't get charged. He shouldn't be going in your room without asking. That's a breach of personal space. You should name and shame the hotel so we can avoid! Xxxx
@@hannahbeauty2408 I know but the fact he's talking about their underwear isn't right. Fair enough complaining about the cleanliness of a room AFTER the guest has left the hotel at the end of their trip but one day in and complaining about mess isn't fair. It's a breach of personal space. X

Even IF it wasn’t clean or whatever it’s the room you‘re using and you‘re paying for it! I left my rooms like that and the cleaning ladies would even clean it for me, NO ONE would be pointing anything out or being rude about it!

Amanda D he doesn’t deserve his business to get ruined. The rest of his reviews are good so it doesn’t seem like a common thing. We also only have one side of the story.
Amanda D I’m not defending his actions and he’s in the wrong but people do have a platform on their opinion, a review which can be left on trip advisor which can’t be deleted. That’s very public and a lot of people look at that before booking. The girls told him how they felt and are going to leave a review. It doesn’t then need a bunch of young teenagers potentially thousands of them making up reviews when they weren’t there based on what they’ve heard in a vlog
Obviously that situation sounds awful but to the people threatening to write 1-star reviews, you shouldn’t try and ruin someone’s business because of someone else’s experience.
The fact that hotel guy was in a young girls room TAKING PHOTOS OF YOUR UNDERWEAR and then sending it to your mum is literally so disgusting. I hope he didn't scare you off leaving a review. You need to name and shame the hotel. I'm sure he can't charge your card if others complain! Side note - WHY are you guys struggling to put jam on top of cream?? You spread the cream on like butter then blob the jam on top 😂😂😂
