Yes exactly!! Honestly so happy that we got the best of both worlds with how tight our budget was :) I will say after our reception I'm still glad we eloped privately just because I'm a pretty private person relationship wise and even with my dad's speech I hated that everyone was staring at us LOL but can totally see why people have big weddings/receptions! The reception part was a blast!

I just love watching all your wedding content - it makes me SO excited for my upcoming wedding (72 days, eek!) I love how you guys chose to elope and then have this celebration - you can truly see how at ease and just plain up fun you're having without wedding day stressors. Thats the whole point! I don't want anyone to be able to picture our home layout for safety reasons. I never shared a house tour, how our rooms connect or the house layout ☺️
I love that you bought a wedding dress at lulus and not a traditional wedding dress shop. We have Tim hortons in Michigan but I do believe it’s only in limited states. Also we used to have A&W but in some states but it’s more rare
