I love you Zizipho mntanam. I visited my daughters in January this year, they work in Joburg and they are from GQ (Gqeberha). They took me to Tashas for a Sunday lunch, bendibhekabheka apho ndifuna ubona uZizi 😊 only to find out that you were not in Joburg ngala weekend. Wish you all the best noSir wakho 😂❤

I hear you complaining about fatigue in your vlogs. I'm encouraging you to find out about your blood type then research about the type of food your body cells are unable to absorb well that causes you to have less energy. I think your blood is sensitive in some type of food you eating and it affects your iron/protein absorption. Also find out if you not insulin resistant if you are it can mean you must be very strict with your diet and be watchful of suger in all the food you both eating like read the labels before you buy them and keep an eye on the level of suger intake.

Also Fenugreek seeds help a lot and hey are organic. I used to sleep a lot during the day and ever since I started taking them I literally don’t get tired during the day
