I am going to count this as a "new" recipe because I have never made this before...my mom makes something with sausage, noodles, celery, onion....so I thought I could "invent" a variation and include some veggies into the dish rather than having them on the side! It was yummy! It was Ian's idea to have Parmesan cheese...I wasn't sure how it would taste with the sausage flavor, but I liked it...this can be re-created using any combo of ingredients you like/ have on hand. Don't forget to drain that sausage!!!
