I love how heavy and drunk it feels compared to the original. I honestly think this works a lot better to express the feeling of anxiety and disassociation the narrator is feeling.

the first time I ever heard weezer, I was 9 (2015) and this song came on the radio. Now they're really popular and I'm happy about that. I think the slowed version's instrumental is great, but the voice will always sound strange to me.
i'm def glad they're still around. and it's funny u say the voice sounds weird. i feel that way when i hear the original versions of the songs i've covered cause they sound so fast to me now.
