I love how Xiao Zhan and Yibo are such amazing actors until the level they don’t need to kiss each other to make us know how pure is the love between Wei Ying and Lan Zhan, like they literally kissed each other with their eyes, the chremistry is hUGE. Honestly, I don’t care about the Chinese censure because their love can’t be hidden even if they try. if you only put enough attention you can see clearly that they’re more than just friends, I love it. I want to say thank you to our amazing actors, Xiao and Yibo understand so well their characters and their relationship that they did the best for showing us that it is there, even if they can’t kiss or if they can’t say “I love you” out loud. WANXIAN is THAT powerful. (And our actors too) ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

LWJ was irritated by how his love at first sight was WWX so he acted like he hated him only to know it was a lie. He couldn't stand the fact that Wei Ying threw himself off a cliff and died. But he was the first one to know that Wei Ying was there. Just because the ban of bl shows are in China doesn't mean that we will believe that his feelings are fake because no matter how anyone changes the script it's always been and always will be lan Wang ji and Wei Wuxian

It really hits deep when you realise that Lan Zhan was suffering just as much as Wei Wuxian did. Imagine watching the love of your life falling deeper into the dark arts that you know will eventually kill not just himself but also the one he cares about. He knows how much pain it will cost WWX if he lost control of his power and kill the people he wanted to protect that's why LZ was trying to prevent that as much as he was trying to prevent WWX's death but then WWX didn't listen (coz he didn't have a choice) and that just made LWJ even more anxious day by day and the fact that he thought that WWX hated him didn't help that. LWJ was just so selfless the whole time. He didn't care even if WWX doesn't love him back, as long as he remains happy and safe even of this means that he himself has to suffer. I just honestly can't imagine how much pain he was in during those 13 years and if WWX didn't come back, he'd still be that lifeless LWJ who's searching for WWX until probably his death 😢😢

Wei ying is so cute and playful and Lan Zhan the total opposite of him, he serious and obedient. But they are both so lovable and righteous. It so funny how Wei Ying tricks and plays around with Lan Zhan. I hope to see more this during the drama.I love this drama so much.♡♡♡ At first I started to watch it because of Xiao Zhan. He is a great actor, singer, and super handsome, my idol. The first episode got my attention and I became more interested in the drama. As I started to watch the drama more and more, I fell in love with it. It's the first chinese drama that I watch that has more romance and is full of mystery. This drama is giving me a different point of view about mystery dramas. So greatful to everyone that made this drama and the actors. Also so grateful that Xiao Zhan is finally the main lead in a drama. His acting is one of the best and I hope that in the future he receives more lead parts. I also hope that Wang Yibo also receives more lead parts he's so great in acting. I hope that his career starts to rise and more people start to notice him. just thinking shout how in the novel they talk about wangji having one of the rabbits in his hands, while speaking to xichen and when xichen says that the shouldn't tell their uncle about who gave the rabbits to him or he would make them be thrown away and wangji holding the rabbit tighter, like he was even more scared of letting them go. shit was cute asf.

I knew this drama since last year but never considered watching it because of the censorship until I came across this FMV. I watched the series then my view about love has changed a lot. This drama might not explicitly show the physical affection but the way the characters' eyes convey their love for each other was way more meaningful than any skinship. Thank you to whoever decided to put this story into live action and choosing the best actors.

I watched the donghua, read the novel and manhua *which is on going* I can't move on from this beautiful story and now again we have the live adaptation *sighs* anothet heartache but im glad its a happy ending. Can’t believe I actually teared up watching this but it just shows how much I love these two and how well the drama executed everything. Truly grateful to the author as well as the translators for sharing such amazing work with us. I'm just so glad that in the drama, they subtly included that strong romantic love in the two characters! Even though it was portrayed as bromance, but we all know it was definitely more than that and both the actors did an amazing job showing that deep bond the characters had for each other.
