It's about time I threw this thing on the scales! Currently the bike is slightly modified but this does give us a descent idea of how much the bikes weighs in its stock form and a great baseline to go forward.
Listed below is EVERYTHING done to the bike and the weight savings:
Akrapovic Exhaust: 12.2 lbs
Magnesium Wheels: 2.1 lbs
Catch Can Removal: 1.1 lbs
Engine Cover Removal: 0.5 lbs
Headlight + Taillight Delete: 2.4 lbs
Clutch Cover: 0.5 lbs
Mirriors and Plate Holder Delete: 3.2 lbs

You’ve saved 2.6lb from Ducati offical stock weight. Although, I think manufacturers only fill the tank to 90%

Throw a lightweight lithium battery in those save tons of weight.

I’ve seen the Ducati lithium it comes with is pretty darn light actually

A full tank of fuel is not a good way to measure the weight of the bike. Fuel is not a constant variable. Plus if you wanted you can run enough fuel for how ever long your track sessions are which could be as low as a quarter or third tank of fuel.
