Today's video is about my weight gain diet, which i followed and gained almost 12 KG in 2 months.

Diet plan simplified:
7 am : weight gain drink
9 am : breakfast(ഉഴുന്ന് അടങ്ങിയ പലഹാരം)
11 am : boiled plantains (ഏത്തപ്പഴം പുഴുങ്ങിയത്)
1 pm : lunch (take quantity more than usual)
4 pm : boiled mung beans(ചെറുപയർ പുഴുങ്ങിയത്)
5 pm : tea with bread & butter / butter cookies
7-8:30 pm : dinner with one egg
9-9:30 pm : any fruit/fruit juice
