Hi- My BMI is currently really high and I need to lose about 60 pounds to even qualify for this surgery. But I’ve been told on RealSelf that I probably won’t be able to achieve quality results because of the skin elasticity after significant weight loss. Apparently, skin elasticity is not good for lipo or successful fat transfer. I am someone who is more interested in getting very full hips from this procedure rather than a very large bottom. Could you make a video on this, answer my question directly or point me to a video that may answer some of my concerns. Personally, I have never had saggy skin after weight loss, so I am really struggling with this information. However, I also want to be realistic about if this is the procedure for me.

My fear I’m asked to lose 20-30 pounds, but I worry if I lose weight I won’t have enough good fat to achieve the size butt I want. What if I lose both internal fat and good fat. Then how could I achieve the look?

DR. Miami I'm 110 pounds and have trouble gaining weight I tried weight gain medications but they all made me sick and I felt like I was on drugs. I would like to get a bbl and of course I know that my butt wouldn't get real big but could I still get some projection and a more shapely butt?
