I'm trying out your method of intermittent fasting but omo hunger is real. 😁😁 Watching my portion sizes too. I feel good about myself and I have lost about 1kg. For me that's progress jare. Chai, 1hr work out is not easy oh. I walked a long distance today from our city centre back to the house since buses were on strike (didn't know I could do it before now) so I skipped my work out today. You are so consistent and giving that needed push to us,👏👏

16:8 works for me but I don’t do it for long,I might do it for some days and stop. I always feel weird doing workout after eating cos I will feel so heavy and might throw up🏃🏃🏃lesson: do what works for you👌👌. I carry my water bottle anywhere am going🤝🤝,reason being you might be thirsty and not hungry.
I can’t express how much I am loving these videos of yours. I am slowly but surely losing as well. My tactic is a little different from yours but I love feeling like we are in this together and getting meal ideas :). I watch a RU-vid channel called “6 miles till supper” and I think you would like her too. I fast using 18:6 or 16:8 and aim to eat twice a day. I work out for 30 mins in the morning and then in addition I aim for 10000 steps daily broken up in so many little bouts because I work full time in medicine :). My biggest challenge was night time snacking!!

I’m doing this also, I know that my body eats it own fat and so when you eat something the water weight doesn’t come back like before. I lost fat so my body doesn’t gain water weight like before. I’m standing still at 170. But I can’t go below 160 tho. I look to skinny. So I’m already lifting and I think this is giving me a standstill. My body is trying to figure out what is happening now. But it will start to move again.😀🔥👌
