If you are overweight or obese, you are at higher risk of developing serious health problems, including heart disease, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, gallstones, breathing problems, and certain cancers. That is why maintaining a healthy weight is so important: It helps you lower your risk for developing these problems, helps you feel good about yourself, and gives you more energy to enjoy life.
70% is your diet and 30% is exercise which matters in weight loss
Morning have heavy breakfast, Lunch lighter than breakfast, Dinner by max 7-8pm
Divide your meals to six portions in a gap of 2.30 - 3hours
Drink maximum water as 70% body consist of water.
Main thing to avoid is
Maida - Bakery items
White Rice
White Rice Powder
Sago / Tapioca ( ചൗവ്വരി)
White flattened Rice (വെള്ള അവിൽ)
Sugar
Instead of sugar use substitutes Palm Candy , Jaggery (ശർക്കര , പനം കൽക്കണ്ട)
Avoid Having food outside food
If you miss out one day try to balanace it next day.

We don't eat bakery , polished cereal , Milk , Hotel food .Morning 10 am ABC juice ,1am eat 1spoonred rice, fish, Avyal,salad . 4pm germinating pulses 3spoon , 5pm sweet potato with avyal salad green chili chammanthi .

@@meerav.u7749 Kalkandu have a lesser Glycemic Index than Sugar , But Stevia have more lesser Glycemic Index than Kalkandu. So more safer is Stevia but some don’t like the taste of it. You balance it as per your food intake and choices of food

ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് ഒരു കപ്പ്‌ ചൊറിനൊപ്പം ഒരു ഗ്ലാസ്‌ മോര് കുടിക്കുക.... നൈറ്റ്‌ കക്കിരി കഴിക്കുക... 3 ലിറ്റർ വെള്ളം കുറയാതെ കുടിക്കണം.... പഞ്ചസാര... ബേക്കറി ഒഴിവാക്കുക.. ഈ രീതി ഫോളോ ചെയ്തു ഞാനു 13 kg കുറച്ചു... 3 months... Without excersise
