Weight loss journey: The Beginning 

So this is my first video documenting my weight loss journey. I’ve been over weight for way too long and have decided to buckle down and loose the weight. This video is basically me rambling on, hopefully my videos get better with less rambling. I’m mostly posting these videos so I can look back on them to help motivate me more and see where I started and see how far I’ve come. If these videos motivate and help other, fantastic!! I hope they do because this isn’t a one man journey it’s a journey that thousands of others are fighting through as well. Never settle, never give up, never give in!!
